Orders are processed and shipped by a professional fine art printing partner, with facilities in the UK, Germany, and the USA. Shipping times vary by location, and you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Fulfillment
Each print is made to order, taking 2–5 working days for printing and dispatch.

Production & Delivery Time
The estimated timeframe of 6–10 working days covers both printing and shipping, meaning your order should arrive within this window from the moment it’s placed.

Currency
Prices are displayed in USD. Transactions are processed securely in this currency; your payment provider will apply the current conversion rate.

Shipping
• Orders are produced and shipped within region; import duties are not expected for UK, EU, and USA deliveries.
• Prices include VAT or sales tax where applicable.
• Tracking provided.
• Delivery time varies by destination.
• Fulfillment routes are assigned based on shipping destination for the fastest delivery.

Single Rate
For print-only orders, shipping is charged per order, not per print. This means all prints placed in a single order ship together under one shipping rate.

Carriers
We use trusted regional carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, and Warenpost, depending on the destination.

P.O. Boxes
Delivery to P.O. boxes cannot be guaranteed. Buyers are advised to confirm eligibility with the carrier before using a P.O. box as the shipping address.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your order is placed, address changes are NOT possible due to immediate fulfillment processing. Incorrect addresses will result in failed delivery and additional shipping costs.

Failed Deliveries
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be reshipped for free. Customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Orders
If orders are not collected or delivery fails due to customer error, our fulfillment partner will apply storage costs and additional delivery charges. Unclaimed orders will be refunded by our fulfillment partner less all applicable charges.

Because every print is created individually at the time of purchase, orders cannot be edited or canceled once submitted. Please verify all details carefully before checkout.

All prints are produced on demand through a premium print fulfillment service. When you purchase an art print, a third-party service handles the fulfillment and delivery. The cancellation right does not apply in the case of goods that have commenced production or bespoke/made-to-measure goods.

If a package is lost in transit (showing no tracking movement for an extended period) or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact me at artofjoastudio@gmail.com with the tracking details. I will coordinate with the print partner to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

In the unlikely event a product arrives damaged, scratched, bent, or with quality issues, please contact me promptly upon receipt at artofjoastudio@gmail.com. Please provide photos and your order number. Once the damage has been assessed, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge.
