If a print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact artofjoastudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged once the issue has been verified.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be reshipped free of charge. Additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences and the printing process and are not considered defects.
